On Tuesday the 25th of March, Mr Boisdron, marine consultant, and Mr Hériaud, the Manager for the SMATAH (Syndicat Mixte d'Aménagement Touristique de l'Aulne et de l'Hyères) presented a conference on the Canal from Nantes to Brest. This conference was held in the amphitheatre of the ISEG (Institut Supérieur Européen de Gestion), Nantes. Around forty students from the second and third years of the programs EXE and SUP were present at this conference. The conference was interactive with many questions from students. This conference has inspired many students to fructify their effort at raising awareness of the environmental dangers to the Canal from Nantes to Brest. A group of students have planned to embark on an interesting project which will take them on a biking trip along the canal. This eco-friendly venture is mentioned elsewhere in this Blog space .
