Global warming is not a new phenomenon because for twenty years, the scientists have noticed an abnormal warming of our planet caused by globalization, many gas emissions for greenhouse effect being rejected only because of human activities.
We have to clean our dirty planet!
In order to clean it, we need to understand how we got there it and what we can do to avoid these causes of pollution while continuing to develop. The analysis of certain scientists on this abnormal warming of planet will be first on our plan, and then we will consider implemented means to stop this problem, using concrete examples.
The scientists are categorical and announce that they have reliable analysis which makes it possible to affirm that warming observed during the last fifty years is caused by human activities. Two branches of the industry remain the main factors to this problem: transport and heating.
Indeed, the increase of CO2 emissions in the air is not only the consequence of industrialization. Active participants, i.e. the citizens, are the main pollutants of our environment. Admittedly, agreements were set up to decrease emissions by public participants; multinationals knew the protocol of Kyoto ratified in 1997 by a large number of states. But in fact human being daily actions to preserve the environment will be a great step for humankind.
For instance:
- Turning off the heating at when we are not at home.
- Turning off the heating when the room is open.
- Closing the curtains or blinds during the night.
- Putting on a sweater instead of turning the heating on.
- Trying not to dry clothes using the heating system.
These daily actions are essential to save energy.
We mentioned the heating, now we will talk about transport because it is also necessary to speak about it and how it is a concern for the future of our planet.
Indeed, car-pooling is a way to commute and many people do not know how important it is and that it could be a revolution.
Car-pooling has many advantages:
- Its price makes it possible for users to share the costs of transport.
- Its user-friendliness makes the journey shorter as the passengers talk to each other.
- It is a great action to protect our environment because CO2 emissions are reduced by using only one car instead of two or three.
We have to admit car-pooling is an excellent idea; it is used in various countries of Europe (England, Spain, Italy, Holland, Switzerland, Germany, Scandinavian country).
